The boy's been dropped off by a cab at his mews house. Nice to be home on a windy rainy night. Meanwhile I continued on my way to the evening RGS lecture. Tonight it was a well presented discourse on the wonders of AI and how we need more of it to change the world. By a bigwig from Ocado. Films of robots packing a food order, parking cars, winning board games and other mind boggling stuff. 

So then I trundled home on the tube and drove my car back from the station and made myself some toast. One day we won't need to do any of this, robots will do it all for us. Or something.
