Blueberry cheesecake

We had some visitors from the big smoke round on Sunday for a roast dinner. C and I made this blueberry chess cake which was as tasty as it looks!

Catering for seven people was a challenge but everyone seemed happy with the result and had a tour of St Albans pubs afterwards.
