Day 13

Still doing well.
Even managed to run without a knee support tonight and only noticed when I saw it back in the house.

It's killing me now mind.

So work done.
Run done.
Tea done.
Scout executive committee done.

Now in the pub, helping Ciaran with the skittles.

Think my poor form at home has led to me dropped tonight.

Oh well can take longer over my black bush.

Feels odd not drinking beer in the pub.
