Pipes and lights and cranes

I can't work out if the top two floors of this part of the City Point building have been stripped out recently, or if they've just never been lit up before - but either way all these pipes seem to have appeared in the last few days.  Also this evening, the big (new?) building behind Tower 42 (in the centre) was lit up like a wall of light.  Not seen that before either!

Felt a bit demoralised at work today.  A colleague has been promoted recently, and while I don't begrudge him at all the more I think about it the more I feel overlooked and undervalued.  Ah well, I'll raise it soon I think....

Wet and incredibly windy on my way home this evening.  Glad to get in, have a moan to Tim, and relax for the evening!
