Rhyming with time

Weather ok, sun, cloud but no rain.  No walking for me this morning as I had to go to the hospital.  A good morning, in for a scan on time, out 5 minutes later with the good news that the lump on my neck was a non-malignant cyst.  Then on to the endocrine unit re my brain tumour and managed to get an appointment for Friday, yes this Friday! 
Did friend's housework, went food shopping then home for left overs of the venison casserole I made yesterday.  Went out for a short walk this afternoon and called into my favouirte shop where I took the photo.  Also bought some wrapping paper and a card.
Didn't know which shot to use, quite liked the idea of extra with title "time gentlemen please" but thought lime was less obvious!
