Who’s been cooking? And what?

My sister in law gave me another share of her precious Bramley apples, the last ones. So as to make them count I’ve made them into Apple Sponge Puddings. They are quite small but a perfect size to share after tea with the remaining natural Greek yogurt. The rest will freeze very nicely. I’m making Lasagna for tea so really the portions need to be small, well mine has to be.
