MonoMonday: Enzyme

While I was baking the weekly batch of loaves this morning, it occurred to me that yeast contains or produces enzymes that are essential in the fermentation process - and that was the blip for today's challenge (rhymes with time) sorted.

While the enzymes were doing their thing, I reorganised the CD collection to make space for recent acquisitions that had begun to sprawl in any spare spaces they could find. A few lesser-played ones (i.e. the ones you couldn't read the title of for dust!) have been relegated to the study and alphabetical order has been restored to those that had been put back in the wrong place. OCD, moi?
