My New iPhone Camera

I'd seen the ads for the new iPhone with three lenses...you bet I was immediately interested. But I had a perfectly reasonable iPhone already and, although it didn't take great photos, they were passable in a pinch.

Mr. K and I were out and about in the drenching rain this morning doing some errands...which did NOT include the iPhone store! But we started talking about the new iPhone 11 Pro and he really wanted one. His iPhone is ancient history (at least where phones are concerned...but not as old as he is by a long shot!). So next thing I know, we've both gotten such a good trade-in price that we left the store with TWO new iPhone 11 Pro phones!  (He's a very kind and generous man with a good job!)

This new phone has the capability of doing regular images (x1), closer-up images (x2) and wide-angle images (x.5). Needless to say, I was out in the garden this afternoon playing with it (in between downpours of course). It certainly takes better photos than the old phone, and having the capability to shoot with three different lenses is pretty interesting. I'm pretty pleased with this image of this ornamental kale that's growing in a container in my garden - even the drops of water look pretty sharp. Not like my Canon, for sure, but I don't always have that with me.
