Derelict

John lived in this house until a few months ago. It's always looked very run down. I used to run into John now and then on the beach. He's an interesting man, loves to chat. We saw him occasionally in town, hobbling across the road with two canes, but the last time we saw him, he was using a scooter. I really hope that he's in better accommodation now.
We've had heavy rain, sunshine and snow flurries today. Cold! Thank goodness the snow didn't stick but looks like more is on the way.
Extra: ferry through bushes on the shore and raindrops on my lens - oh no!
