Moonlight drowns out all but the brightest stars

Today I was inspired by my mom and family and grateful for the special moments we have together after years of living so far apart. London travel always comes with a slight tinge of angst for me for no particular reason but today there was none of that. It was a sunny day, almost spring like. Mom travels London like a Londoner after only living there a short while. We met for lunch and walk in Hyde park where we both encountered the Albert statue for the first time opposite the Royal Albert Hall. Its huge!
A lovely end to the week and now I contemplate whether to cycle or walk part of the way to work tomorrow. I feel like I need to upkeep my Strava profile for my all of two followers or they might become bored :)
