Nostalgia

Arrived Christchurch 9.30 am and were greeted by Dave and Liz.
Parked by the Botanic Garden and walked through to lunch in the Arts Centre which has been restored after the earthquake. At least a lot of it has.
Then walked into the square where the sight of the cathedral is a stark reminder of the power of nature. New buildings are going up but progress is slow. Some of it mystifyingly so. I did like the new library.
This is a rear view of Liz and Lottie. Dave is doing ok all things considered.
Was falling asleep by 9 pm and had a good catch up on my sleep.
