Lucky Escape

Just after I walked past the electricity pole a van skidded off the road and hit it snapping it in two.The driver was ok and the electricity remained on.This was just one of numerous accidents on this corner today.
Very little snow this morning but it came in quickly and we soon had about three inchs and then luckily it stopped.With the wind behind it we have had some fairly deep drifts.
Only a thin covering has remained on the glasshouse roofs so no problem.Helen finished the catalogues today.
Spoke to the girls Em has had snow but it hasn't stuck and Becky has had alot of snow,about six inchs.
