Snow laden field

As predicted we had a fall of snow overnight. The air temperature was above zero so it was quite slushy on the roads. Although a lot of cars were crawling into work I decided to walk as it's so unusual to get much snow here and I enjoy the experience and sights. This was a field along the way. I think the ground was too waterlogged to harvest the corn last autumn.
