The Tower

St. Leonard's Tower in Newton Abbot is all that's left of the medieval chapel and the spot that William III chose to declare his right to the throne. People have been making proclamations there ever since, usually on a Saturday night when they roll out of the adjacent pubs.

I used a little magic from Topaz Adjust to enhance the reflections in the pavement. No snow for us today although there's plenty up on the moors and on the high ground nearby.
