Woodland walk

Overslept so missed going to the gym but did make it to yoga.
Sun was shining so went for a brisk walk ( having watched a programme by Dr Mosley on TV!)
This afternoon had new central heating programmer fitted. Now having to learn how to use it. Why is life so complicated with all this technology?
