We had the boiler man here again this morning, an intermittent fault which has been giving me cold showers;  he thinks he has fixed it.....let's hope so.

Went down the town to meet P and M for lunch, a long lunch time and a lot of chat.  As I walked home from the bus stop I saw these berries and thought they would be nice and bright for a blip.

Put the kettle on for some coffee and was looking forward to ten minutes with the newspaper and my coffee, when Himself said 'let's go for a workout'...… so I spent the next hour in the gym (extra for proof)...… all good though!

It has got quite cold I noticed!
