Crawfish Pie, Filé Gumbo

Thought y' all needed something to warm you up.

"Good day to you Sir, would that be steak with eggs over easy?"

"No thank you, Ma'am, I'd like some of that tasty crawfish pie and I'll follow that up with some warm apple pie with cream, if I may."

"Why certainly Sir, would you like some hot pepper sauce on the crawfish pie? I made that fresh this morning."
