Another view

I'm easily distracted when doing housework, as was the case this evening when I noticed this view of the echinaceas. Yep, it's an unintended different view of yesterday's blip.

The view from my dining room is certainly different to a year ago. It will only get better as things grow and I get something planted in that big pot.

I saw my physio late this afternoon and she's pleased with my back. I have new exercises and stretchy band thingies. All I've got to do is use them now. We'll load up my exercise a bit and see how I go.

Today's gratitude: For finishing my working week feeling excited. I'm back in the groove.
