Building site

First gym session of the new year. Disappointing start as there was no heating so I could go for a swim. Had to make do with a tiring 4 mile run instead.

The gym has also been revamped with new machines, new layout and some machines removed. Most of this removed were those we used!

Not much of the afternoon was left and even less opportunity for a blip. I had to make do with an effect on a rather nondescript building site at the hospital where I went for a clinic.

We had a very enjoyable evening with the current Mrs Tryfan and the former Mrs Tryfan who brought some books around for me to take to California next week and stayed for a meal.
