Will the Bins get Emptied?

It's bin day today but only a couple of bins are braving the weather so far.

As can be seen from the photo, not much traffic is getting through the estate this morning.

P.S. added at 3:35pm. No, the dustbin men did not turn up today, the first time in living memory!
