Star lights

Heavy work day. Early start to check on inpatients. Managed a decent walk before work proper.

Little free time and lunch was through a "lunch and learn" CPD. Although had 10 mins after this before back into consults. Then on the go until after was meant to be away. Not had a chance to write up my pain report yet, hopefully tomorrow.

When home, I've eaten, yoga'd and video called my dad (several days late).
