Vintage

An amazing sunrise this morning which I watched from the comfort of my bed! Followed by a crisp and clear day after a wild night. An enjoyable book club with Irish cheeses, a roaring fire and the odd glass of wine plus a very interesting selection of books proposed for our spring reading. Final choices were:
Elsewhere by Rosita Boland
West by Carys Davies
Unsheltered by Barbara Kingsolver
Grace O Malley by Ann Chambers

Gardening, and short walk today. The first snowdrops have appeared, the camelia is out but I like the skeletal remains of the hydrangea best.
