Random Cats

On the day when my physiotherapist proved to be an excellent psychiatrist. Perhaps not surprising when mind and body are so intimately connected.

And on the day when England won a five-day thriller against South Africa. Proper test cricket, with Ben Stokes proving again that he's the best all-around cricketer in the world. In terms of having all bases covered - batting, bowling, fielding - that performance possibly even surpasses his heroics of the summer. And then he wanted to give his man of the match award to Dom Sibley.
