Not Frozen Locks!

I need to put the waste bin out this morning and these locks to the gate were frozen ~ once I had managed to open them ~ they were put on the radiator to dry, now freshly oiled ~ they are outside again ~ I do not think they will be a problem again ~ memo to brain "remember to maintain locks before cold weather"
