BP check this morning. Apparently I have white coat syndrome! Ok when I check BP at home but as soon as I enter the surgery it rises!!

Took Joyce out for lunch..... always a pleasure.

Our walk today was along the canal and very pleasant it was too.

Popped over to hand in Lyall ‘s birthday card. J and A were in great fettle.
