Ouch!!!

I fell up the last step of a flight of stairs, and fell flat on my face in front of all the guests, at work.

I didn't think it was too bad to begin with, but by the end of the day, it had become quite bruised and stiff.

My friend who was taken ill yesterday, has been allowed home from hospital, and will be back at work tomorrow, to the relief of all of us.
