eek! what is this in sunny Guernsey!

Woke to find the (well forecast) snow falling and several inches in the garden!
We love snow in ski country when you have nothing to do but enjoy it but, on a small island where lots of people think you can just drive normally, it can be an issue.
Daisy and Casper were delighted to see the snow and shot out to play. After a couple of minutes of cold toes they thought "think it looks more fun through a window!!" and shot back in!
At No1 sons house, Flatcoats have an enormous dog flap to to their "bedroom".
When son went down, their room was thick with snowy footprints and they were very excited...greeting him with "dad, dad....look what's happened".
The cold doesn't bother them at all!
Supposed to rain by lunchtime so it may be a memory by this afternoon!
