Gunk

Day 2 of the plumbers and our boiler. Yesterday they drained the system 3 times in an attempt to de gunk the system. Turns out it wasn't so much gunked up but there was a blockage. After much head scratching it was located and a new pump and closed tank was needed.  You can see the build up of yucky stuff here. I can't believe how quiet the boiler is now.
