Bit of an odd day

Didn’t feel great this morning but it’s a known problem I have had for many years so just needed to get on with my day. Gave the gym a miss and did the pile of ironing while watching a couple of episodes of You.
Daughter tripped over the pup while out walking and hurt her ankle, not badly and we continued on the walk.
She finds it very difficult to walk past someone in need and stopped to buy a milk shake and toasted sandwich for a homeless guy we often see.
The hubby has spent the evening listening to his strange music, the pup is sleeping and I am watching Silent Witness.
