I lichen that hairstyle!

It was a grey and miserable day for a walk but I went to Old Oswestry Racecourse for some exercise.  It was a sea of mud and slippery in places patterned with many footprints, pawprints and hoofmarks.

I liled the variety of moss and lichen on this branch but it's also a portrait of a dog with a very fancy hairstyle!

It was a great music session last night. As well as the usual fiddles, melodions, percussion plus me on piano, we were joined by people playing harmonicas, hurdy gurdy and a set of smallpipes.
