Economics of Sport

It's one of those days. I haven't left my apartment since like 4 PM haha. I've mostly been working on econ and the NCAA case competition. I'm taking more econ than business this semester. And the NCAA revenue case is challenging me to think more about fundamental issues than simply pouring through the data.

Speaking of fundamentals, through all my interactions with companies the last couple years, I'm figuring out long-term vs. short-term decision making. One builds habit. The other builds confidence. To have gotten to where I am now, it's been the accumulation of bad and good decisions over time. But every time I'm about to talk to someone new, to do something new, it's a split second, and there's always a moment of hesitation. I gotta muster up the moxie to Just Do It. I'm always looking to get better at both types. Lessons inspired by LHC 250, Ross School of hard knocks haha.
