La fée verte (the green fairy)

La fée verte was forbidden in Switzerland since 1910 and only legal again since 2005, as it has not been demonstrated to be any more dangerous than ordinary spirits.

Today we tried it in the Absinthe bar in Solothurn. Can be drunk with or without sugar, and always dilluted with ice-cold water (you can see the little taps).
