Home again
A very windy night again but the van was cosy and kept us warm and dry. Took our time getting organised and finally left Inverness around 11.
We’d been on the road for about 10 minutes when we had a call (on the hands free) from the tracker alarm company who thought the alarm hadn’t been disabled and the motorhome was being stolen! We pulled over into a convenient lay-by to have a confusing conversation before we spoke to one of the technical team who think the internal battery in the tracker needs replacing. Phew so glad we weren’t stealing our own motorhome!!
Pit stop at House of Bruar and a delicious salad with roast beef for lunch - It is a serve yourself and my eyes were much bigger than my stomach but they kindly provided a takeaway container and I polished the leftovers off for tea.
4 loads of washing done and about to head to bed but remembered no blip so quick rummage in the kitchen drawer and found these mini screwdrivers which I’m sure came from a long ago Christmas cracker but are very handy for fixing my glasses!
