Bournemouth By Night

A late blip. Met my London friends in Westbourne, for light lunch, earlier.  On returning home spent a while emailing friends abroad who sent me cards (and who I hadn’t). 

This is for KangaZu’s Tiny Tuesday challenge (it is Tuesday, isn’t it Crispin) with ‘no theme’. 

This fab town view is possibly the best to be had, at the Hilton’s 8th? Floor Sky Bar.  I held the iPhone perilously, over the high glass safety fencing, to take this. 

Lots of tiny buildings, windows, lights, so to enlighten you .....

In the foreground, the BH2 centre with multiple eateries, and the Odeon Cinema Multiplex screens. 

Behind, in the Lower Gardens (which lead to the pier and beach) is the ever larger seasonal ice-rink.

Then you can probably make out part of the shopping district which extends up to the right, and left. 

That’s enough publicity for the town for one day!
