Stick man

This morning off for physio, and I am doing OK and can progress to the swimming pool, a mix of some walking in the water and front crawl with my pull buoy and a very small flutter kick!

I spotted this “stick man” and liked the silhouette he made in the tree. 

We had a couple of jobs to do at The Mall and forgot one of them so we will pop back tomorrow!
