Aron

Took some pics for a client today. This is Aron, a 19 year old apprentice working under a scheme run by City Gateway which aims to help Tower Hamlets youngsters into work through apprenticeships and hopefully on to full time employment, who when left to their own devices, would most likely become one of the mass unemployed.

Aron is 10 months into his 'apprenticeship', which was originally only planned as a 6 month appointment. The position was created by the company as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility programme, but it seems Aron is proving himself valuable.

He was very self conscious and uncomfortable having his photo taken. It was difficult getting him to smile, but in the short time I was with him, he proved himself to be a very nice, decent and polite guy. I wish him every success.
