Travel Man was in Amsterdam shortly before we went on this trip, taking in a few things we knew about and a couple we'd had no idea of the existence of including the Micropia museum of microorganisms. A morning well spent, followed by some tram/bus stuff, some wandering around through the life-size metal-sculpture Night Watch, some very quick souvenir-retrieval for the pigs and finishing with an excellent meal in a place of my choosing which was decorated like someone's front room but which was as tasty as Mother India back home.
