Sunrise over Saas Grund

Although we are skiing in Saas Fee we are staying in Saas Grund which is where we were treated to a lovely sunrise this morning from the bedroom window.

Saas Fee is a car free resort. The only way to get to hotels is on electric carts. Good fun but it makes the logistics of carrying luggage and skis etc quite challenging, especially when self catering.

Great day skiing despite the high winds that closed some of the lifts this afternoon.
