My book on New York City sticker art is pretty useless for decoding park benches in Leeds.

This is a meme/brand/slogan that I don't recognise, so it is with some trepidation that I post it without having determined whether it's offensive or reactionary. Gollumesque perhaps? And that's just the sticker on top.
