Harley Street

I went to see an eye consultant in Harley Street today for a second opinion on my diagnosis of the first stages of diabetic retinopathy. His news was good and opinion confident: nothing abnormal, nothing to worry about - thank God! So with a smile in my heart and a spring in my step I stumbled along the street dazzled by the weak sun today in my dilated eyes ... and took this street scene.

Off tomorrow to see my daughter before she has her baby - due any day now. Another smile in my heart. :-)
