OTAS Grand Prix 820 (circa 1970)

Sitting with friends in a coffee shop across the street from the Department of Motor Vehicles office this morning.
We were enjoying a most stimulating conversation when I noticed a yellow car roll by on the street.
I could think of several vintage sports cars that might fit the silhouette, but not quite somehow.
Fortunately, I found the car was parked at the DMV when I left the coffee shop.
I was very pleased to meet a car that was quite new to me; and quite rare as well.
My Mom would have said, "It's cute as a bug's ear".
