Insomnia-way
So I went to the doctors about my insomnia yesterday as it was the worst it had been since I started Taekwon Do.
He recommended that the best results usually came from CBT coupled with a short course of sleeping pills. He recommended this site for the CBT and the tablets in the photo. Too early to call on the website, but the first tablet worked a treat last night. It was the best night's sleep I'd had in ages.
I was very wary of taking sleeping tablets to be honest, but at this stage anything which gets me back into something resembling a regular sleeping pattern is worth a try.
