So that's what it says

I've driven past a sign like this on my way to work many times, and often wondered what it was all about. I've had this fleeting impression of childish scribbled writing and a couple of stick figures, but that was about it.

Now that I've had a close look, I'm pissed off that whoever designed it didn't seem to care that it isn't easy to read. It seems to me that whoever came up with it should have cared less about making it cute and kid-friendly, and more about the fact that drivers are tear-arsing around side-streets in cars that are the exact opposite of kid-friendly.
