Epiphany

Monday 6th January 2020

I could certainly tell today that the holiday is over and everything is back to normal, quite a full on day! The church now looks incredibly bare as all the trees have gone. 

When I got home tonight the little people's children were keen to tell me that, having put on their own nativity play before Christmas, they had wanted to go and see "the real child". Just after they got there today they said that three kings turned up with gifts. Thankfully a photographer had been on hand to take this shot so they were able to show me. Jenny was so excited "They brought gold and two other complicated things that I can't remember!", she said. I had to explain about the myrrh and frankincense.
