Monday: Dusk

Up early this morning MrD was on deliveries and his usual job.
As soon as it was light enough I was hanging the washing out but a couple of hours later had to run out to rescue it from the rain  ... the wind had done a good job though and it was almost dry.
Made a big pan of “Lobs Scows” beef & veg stew, reducing potatoes but adding lots of swede, carrots and cabbage - MrD is modifying his diet.
Also made another batch of coleslaw: red cabbage, red onion and grated carrot with tablespoon of mayonnaise, this has become a favourite of ours since Christmas :-))
