Can you see the rainbow. A half hearted attempt. 

Things have been happening, not good things. I told all to the psychotherapist and she is saying I have been having hallucinations; I kind of knew that but didn't want to admit. I feel completely different. She is writing to my GP as I don't want to go. 

Scary.

Also Dad's anniversary 15yrs ago today.
