Cold buffet

-10 means heavy frost which isn't clearing and frozen ground. So no fun for grazing animals. Especially these pregnant ewes. These are our rare breeds flock which we keep by the house. Jacobs (black & white), Swartables (brown with white stripe down their face) and South Downs (cross between teddy bears & ewoks). Here they are munching on silage and a trail of carrots.

In other news, Bob-the-Cob thinks it is fun to jump the electric fence. I can't convince him the grass isn't greener..... Husband is going to reintroduce him to a battery powered electric fence tomorrow!
