Cycle Path

Went down to the gym at 7am done some weights then had a swim for 1 hour. Afterwards I cycled to Old Kilpatrick to get Selchie. On route I seen a cat playing with a fox on the other side of the canal (and yes as I was in a rush I never had my camera). Walked Selchie for an hour and seen a kestrel left Selchie at her house and cycled back home on way I seen 2 foxes sleeping. I was also a wee bit embarrassed as I was caught by another cyclist singing ( hope I never see him again) I'm pretty awful not easy on the ears. Home for about an hour before heading off work for a sleepover xx
