Went to the city with hubby for some coffee and croissant.  The coffee shop that we use to go to recently changed owners once again and so this time we refuse to go especially when we heard how the staff was treated.  But we now have to find a coffee shop that will suit us especially my hubby who loved the coffee at the old place.  We were actually considering for the second time to buy this place, but the high monthly rent sort of put a damper on things and we let it go.  You have to sell lots of coffee in a day to pay for rent, suppliers and the staff.  I would however already have lots of friends who were ready to help out.  Oh, well.  It was not meant to be.

Status on Uncle J.  Unfortunately, he fell into a coma today and it does not look well.  We are all prepared with the worst and hope that the end is near.
