Work tomorrow

I'll be honest, it is pretty much impossible to carry on normally with the bush-fire disaster we are experiencing. It is depressing, and after months, still occurring at levels unseen before.
I can only hope that this kick starts the entire planet into something looking like the right direction.
I made a pasta and salad for the family from watching one of Jamie Oliver's '30 minute meals'. Turned out pretty good. I am still hoping to go 100% plant-based, but meals like this make things difficult.
